Potty Chair Intro....

Now don't go and get too excited by this blog post...ha!! Braden is not anywhere close to being potty trained or anything like that...however he is showing a HUGE interest in it, so we have decided to capitalize on that! :) I know he is only 18 months, and by all textbooks he is way too early to potty train now....however I don't want to miss an opportunity to at least introduce him to the toilet while he is intrigued. So we went ahead and got the little potty, and here begins our intro! :)

He is showing about 8 of the 10 signs that he is ready to do this...but I would be crazy to try something like this when we are about to bring a newborn home. So for now we are just having fun. :) He is very interested in everything relating to the bathroom right now, and the cool part is that he can tell us when he has to go. I think that is going to be VERY helpful when it is time to officially start the training. :)

Until then..we will just have some fun getting used to it, and we will dream of the day when we have one kiddo out of diapers! :) You will definitely hear from us when we have anymore progress on this front! :)
