HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Halloween was a lot more fun this year with Braden being 14 months!! He was so cute and we had a good time with him! :)

He woke up that morning raring to go! I think he knew it was a holiday! HA! :)

I wore my Halloween PJ's to get in the mood. :) We took Braden trick or treating at the Round Rock Outlet Malls on Sunday evening. We had gone last year as well b.c seeing all of the kids dressed up is fun. :) Braden was into it this year though..and we loved that. :)

We went store to store for about an hour. :) We decided to use the pumpkin costume again b.c it was not quite as hot as the giraffe. :) The cold front did not make it to TX in time for Halloween this year. Bummer!

Hanging out with Dad at the outlets! :) I am going to use my pumpkin stem to get my candy this year! :)
I had fun chatting with all of the store associates....and smiling at them. :) I am getting some candy!! :) I have this feeling that Mom and Dad are not going to let me eat it though. :(I am just hanging out in Starbucks while Mom and Dad get their "fix". :)
I really hope they don't see me but I am bound and determined to bite through this wrapper to get the candy! :)Is everyone looking at me b.c I am a pumpkin? :)I am having FUN! :)Going to a couple last places....
And the last place we went into was the Disney store!! Mom and Dad are helping me to get excited about our upcoming trip!! I cannot wait! :) Mickey-I cannot wait to see you in person!! :) Fun Halloween 2010!! We are already looking forward to 2011 when we get to dress up a 26 month old and a 7 month old! FUN! :)

Small Group Halloween Social..

We had our small group social for Halloween...and I think the kids had a lot of fun together. The older they get, the more fun it is to see the 7 of them (and 2 on the way) playing together. :) They entertain one another, and the parents can start to sit back and relax a bit more. :) They are 6 months to 15 months right now, and they are pretty stinkin funny...ESPECIALLY in costume! :)

We had dinner together and dressed them up for some pics. Good times! :) These will be some fun pics that we can save to show them how cute they were when they get older. :)

Michele and Hannah. :) Look at her sweet "first" Halloween outfit!
The twins are exploring all of the new toys... :) Hannah is practicing her newfound sitting skills! Go Hannah!
Caden was a little bee this year. :)And Caroline was a ladybug... :)Caris "the flower" and Caleb "the puppy". The kids spent a lot of time fulfilling their curiosity by touching one another's costumes. :)
Caleb was cute puppy dog. :)
Braden was a giraffe, and at this point he was not quite sure he could walk so well with his head being so top heavy. :) He eventually got the hang of it!The flower and the giraffe talking about Halloween.. :)And here comes Jon, the turtle... :)Little flower and the pup hanging out again.....talking about whether they liked one another's costumes. :)Our little giraffe from the back... :) Caris was cute b.c she made her way around the room getting a little time in with each of the kids. Hilarious! :) Hi! :)Being a giraffe is not so bad afterall. :)We tried so hard to get all of the kiddos onto the couch for a fun picture. As you will see in the following shots, that was a LOT harder than it looked! :) I don't think we got one group pic with everyone up there! HA! :)
Sweet kids... :) They were all either looking at one another....And again... :)Or crying just a bit. :)Or attempting to crawl down off the couch.. :)Or all of the above! HA!
But even if we did not get a big group pic...I think the kids still had fun showcasing their cute costumes, and we sure enjoyed chuckling at them! :) Happy Halloween!

Baby Luke's First Shower.....

As I mentioned in an earlier post, my sweet BFF Jenn is due with her baby boy, Luke, on Feb 1st. :) This weekend was his first shower in San Antonio to celebrate him and his mama. :)
I think he had fun! HA :)

I drove down to be a part of the good time....and see some fun peeps gush over Jenn's belly. :) She got a lot of loot, and it is safe to say that he is well on his way to being one of the most "well taken care of" babies around. :)

Jenn with the grandmas... :)
Diaper cake fun!
Jenn and the ladies.... :)Jenn being silly...and making some crazy faces for us. :)Loving up on all of her gifts for her baby boy! :)

More fun showers for Baby Luke to come!! :) He is going to be very spoiled! :)

Date Night-HOORAY!

I think everyone knows by now that Chris and I are HUGE fans of date nights!! We love them...and we think they are a huge part to keeping our marriage really healthy. :)

We are so fortunate that one of Braden's old teachers said that she would be happy to start keeping him a couple of times per month, so we could go out on the weekends. :) HOORAY!!

We started this on Friday night, and Chris and I had a really nice dinner at a new place we found..Justine's Brasserie. :) It was yummy and a super popular place on the East side. Love having some good convo with my hubby and getting relaxing time away. :) Cannot wait for our next date! :) I love you Chris! :)

When Are We Due? :)

One of the most wonderful things about this pregnancy is that I get to be pregnant with two of my most favorite people. :) My sweet sister in law Jen, and my best friend of 22+ years Jenn, are both pregnant too! YAY!! :)

Jen is having a baby boy, Graeme, in the beginning of December, and Jenn is also having a baby boy, Luke, in the beginning of Feb. I LOVE that our kids will be just a couple of months apart...and I am STOKED to be on maternity leave with my BFF (since she lives right here in Austin too!) :) Whoo hoo!! :)

We took a few pics to commemorate the occasion since this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity! :) We had a lot of fun taking these pics...and are just excited as can be about the spring when all of the little munchkins are here! :) Jen and Jenn-you look so cute! :)

My sweet sis in law.... :) And my BFF..... :) Braden cannot wait to get to know these sweet baby boys! :)
