I was a little nerous b.c we went up on stage as a family of four. I was not 100% sure how Braden would do up there in front of the entire congregation. Thought he would either be a dream or a "toddler" but I was not sure which one. HA! :)
It turned out that I did not need to worry b.c he did great. He loved staying in big church for the praise and worship time, and then he enjoyed being the center of attention during the dedication I think. HA! :) They show pics up on the big screens of the babies being dedicated when it is your turn. While we were up there and they were showing the pics, he saw Brant. He called out "Baby Brant!!". And then he saw one of himself and Brant and he said "Braden and Branty!" :) It was cute until Chris told him "shhhhhhh" and he said "NO!" HA! :) Folks laughed at that for sure. But then the praying was over and we could head to our seats...and all was well. :)
Brant did great as well....and we are happy to have that precious memory of dedicating our little man to the Lord, and knowing that the church will help him to grow in Christ as he gets older. We love you Brant!! :)
After church we headed to lunch with the Markums and their families. We had some good grub at Pappasitos....YUM!! Nice end to a good morning for sure! :) Yay for Brant and Will and their special day! :)
I am getting dedicated to Jesus today! :)
