We had a lot of fun the weekend of April 30th once again. We tried a new Mexican restaurant in Cedar Park on Friday night-Los Reyes. It was a hole in the wall but we thought the food was really good. Especially the sangria margaritas! Nice. :) Braden loves mexican so he is always happy when we pick a place like that. :)
Saturday morning was his last day of swimming lessons for that session. To celebrate him being such a good swimmer we decided that we needed to head on over to Noble Pig and give their sandwiches a try. Yum again!! We really liked that place too! :)
Later that afternoon, after a long nap for the whole family, we headed out to Zilker Park. It was time to catch a ride on the train. :) Braden was thrilled about the adventure...and Brant just slept. HA! :) 
We watched everyone swimming in Barton Springs for awhile. I think we decided we should have been in there with them as the water looked SO refreshing! :) 
Then it was time for the train!
The tickets were selling out like crazy. Guess everyone had the same idea for the day. :)

They even let Braden sit in the driver's seat at the end of the ride. He thought that was pretty cool! :)
After a fun train ride we decided it was time to hit up another new restuarant in South Austin......the South Austin Bar and Grill of course. :) We finished off our day with a nice meal there and then it was time to head home for baths and bed. :) Whew....exhausting. :) We sure have had fun checking out everything in Austin that we had not checked out until now. :) Nothing like being a tourist in your own city...love it. :)
