We had such a wonderful time off....it was so fun!! :) Chris and I had 12 days off together with some of that in Austin and some of it in DFW. We also had some days with our kiddos and some by ourselves. It was pure goodness and I sure did not want to go back to work when it was all over! :)
We started out our first day off with a fun day in Austin togther. We headed down to a very yummy new brunch place called Another Broken Egg Cafe. That place is just so darn good and we give it 2 thumbs up for sure!
Cinammon roll french toast...oh yes they did! :) 
And they have the most heavenly omelets too!! MMMM!!! :)
After a very scrumptious meal it was time to head downtown and check out the new Violet Crown Cinema. Love how trendy and fun this place is. We had a great time and we ended up seeing "Young Adult".

After the movie we went and just hung out on South Congress. We popped into many different places, and really just enjoyed walking around and hanging out together. We even popped into Guero's later for some yummy chips, salsa, and ritas. We just had a ball doing our thing. :) One of the places that we had to hit while we were down there was Big Top Candy of course. Love that place! 
I love this place b.c it is just like stepping back in time. :) 
This was an awesome start to our 12 days of fun!! We love Austin and it was great to have an uninterrupted day to just enjoy it! :)
