Ahhhh...how time flies. I cannot believe that our little man is 3 1/2 months old today!! Where does time go? He and Chris have had a great week of bonding, as Chris was a stay at home dad this week! HA! He stayed home with Braden all week so I could work..and I think they had a lot of fun together. "Male bonding" as Chris would say. :) They played a lot and went shopping at places like Sears for tools. I think Chris is trying to introduce him to those type of things early. :) Chris also took him up to his work one afternoon, and I think he proceeded to have a slight meltdown after being there for a little while! :) All in all I think Chris might have realized how crazy it is for stay at home moms every day..and I think he is choosing to keep his career!! LOL! :) Despite him deciding that he is returning to work (HA!), we did get some great things done this week with Chris helping out around the house....Christmas cards ready to mail-check, Christmas tree and decor up-check, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning-check, appt for grout cleaning next week-check, some house cleaning-check, move of things from old car to new car-check..and you know all of that other fun stuff you just don't want to do! :)
Braden's personality grows so much each week. It is just amazing! He is a little gigglebox right now and he keeps us in stiches. You can make faces at him and he will just laugh and laugh. It really is so cute. It makes us fall in love with him all over again every day!! He is starting his attempts at wanting to roll over, and he always wants to lift his head up when he is laying down (to make sure he is not missing any of the action). :) And EVERYTHING goes to his mouth....the ears of stuffed animals, his hands, our hands, our sleeves, toys, etc. You get the picture!! :) He is getting to be so much fun at his age, and it is neat to watch the world through his eyes. We feel so very blessed to be his parents!! :)
